#1 of 20 Books in 2017

I know this is a picture of the movie poster, not the book cover. But who wouldn’t want to look at Finnick Odair from Mockingjay?!

I go through cycles of reading. It begins with me becoming heavily involved with a series and binge- reading (is that a thing?) until I dream about the characters and feel empty once the series ends. Then I’ll read nothing for months. Like I’m secretly mourning the end of the last series.
To prevent this from happening again, I asked the local librarian for help selecting a few books to help fulfill my resolution of reading 20 books in 2017.
The first book is Me Before You by Jojo Moyes. Yes, it’s a sappy love story, but it’s a book I’ve heard so much about. It’s a movie, too, which is a bonus because I love to read books and then watch the movies. Usually it reminds me why reading is far superior to watching movies because the movies are usually poorly executed versions of the book.

Who wants to read it with me? Or have you read it and want to share your review below?
