Cleaner Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe (Non-Dairy, too!)

PSL creamer in an old salad dressing container for easy pouring.

Pumpkin season is here! I’ve always adored pumpkin pies, pumpkin rolls, pumpkin bread, pumpkin donuts, pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin cobbler. You get the point, I love my pumpkin. I drank my weight in Starbucks pumpkin spice lattes back in the day, too. But I haven’t had one in years because of the ingredients. I can’t bring myself to drink all the sugar and chemicals. What’s a girl to do when she has a hankering for a pumpkin spice latte?

Then I came across an amazing recipe for a clean pumpkin spice latte on Against All Grain. If you’re not familiar with Danielle Walker’s website, I highly recommend it. Loads of non-processed, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, yet extremely tasty recipes.

Bonus points for this recipe because it takes 10 minutes to make and is dairy-free! It doesn’t have the sugary sweet taste of your standard PSL, but it does have a good mix of spices and actual pumpkin in it. This pumpkin spice latte satisfied my craving.

Find the recipe HERE. I made the creamer and stored it in a container in my fridge. If you don’t have pumpkin pie spice on hand, click HERE for a great homemade recipe that I’ve used for years.
